At TEMPLE ME, every order is prepared with intention and care. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow us adequate time to prepare your order properly.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package leaves our facility.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. TEMPLE ME is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@templemeofficial.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us and we will do our best to support you.
