At TEMPLE ME, our products are formulated with care for sensitive skin. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we maintain strict return policies to ensure the safety of all customers.
Returns
Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@templemeofficial.com. We may request photo documentation to review the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
- Products that arrive damaged
- Incorrect items sent
- Orders cancelled before shipment
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
Every body is unique. While our formulas are thoughtfully crafted, we cannot guarantee individual skin compatibility. We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full application.
TEMPLE ME is not responsible for adverse reactions due to individual sensitivities or misuse of product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
